Welcome to Igbo Spiritual Manifestation: Reconnecting With Your Chi. This course begins with a simple idea. You can read about your chi, but the relationship only becomes meaningful when you communicate with and observe your own experience.
You may be exploring African spirituality for the first time. Or perhaps, you’re an experienced practitioner of African spirituality. It doesn’t matter. All starting points are welcome.
In this course, I will explain the concepts of Igbo Spiritual Manifestation, give you practical exercises and ask you to keep a record. The centre of the Igbo Spiritual Manifestation method is Request to Your Chi + Action + Observation. You make a specific request to your chi, take action–no matter how small–to actualize the same request, and observe what follows.
Later in the course, the 7-day experiment will help you test this unique manifestation method. You will make six requests, record what you did and what happened.
Ask yourself: What do you want to understand by the end of this course?
What Igbo Spiritual Manifestation Is
Meet the method at the heart of the full course: request, action and honest observation.

Igbo Spiritual Manifestation means working with your chi through a cycle of request, action and observation.
The observation stage is important. You observe and write down your experience. A written record is more reliable than memory alone. You then compare your request with the outcome.
By the end of this course, you should have a personal practice, a record of your first experiment and a clearer sense of how you want to relate to your chi.
Think about areas of your life that could be improved by developing a stronger connection with your chi.
Then write one sentence that describes Igbo Spiritual Manifestation in your own words.
