These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of online courses and related digital learning materials offered on brianewuzie.com (the “Website”). They supplement the course description, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before ordering.
1. Who sells the course
Ewuzie Media Limited, a company operating from Nigeria. Registered business address: 10 Onyenweaku Street, Umungasi, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Email: brian@brianewuzie.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course. You agree to give accurate purchase and account information, maintain the security of your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. One purchase permits one student account, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing. You are responsible for activities on your account to the extent allowed by law.
3. What you purchase
A course purchase gives you a personal, limited licence to access the specified self-paced digital course, including the lessons, streaming video, audio and downloadable educational materials described on the sales page at the time of purchase. It is not a transfer of copyright, ownership of the platform or a promise of individual instruction, ongoing mentorship, certification or updates unless expressly stated on that course’s sales page.
The specific course title, features, price and any time-limited offers are shown before checkout and in the order confirmation. Please check the published curriculum and technical requirements before placing an order.
4. Price, payment and delivery
Course prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The launch price for Igbo Spiritual Manifestation: Reconnecting With Your Chi is currently US$247; later prices and promotions may differ. The total charged, including any applicable taxes or fees collected by us, will be shown before you complete payment. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange or transaction fees. Payments are handled by our approved payment provider. We do not offer recurring billing for this course.
Once payment is successfully confirmed, the course is ordinarily made available in your student dashboard. Account creation, payment review, technical or anti-fraud checks may occasionally delay access. Contact us if you have paid and cannot access your purchase.
5. Course-access period and availability
Lifetime course access. A one-time course purchase provides access for the lifetime of the purchased course, for as long as Ewuzie Media Limited offers or supports that course on this Website or a successor platform, without additional subscription or renewal fees. For clarity, “lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the course, not for the lifetime of the student. It does not guarantee that a particular platform, technology or third-party provider will operate forever. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access, including through platform changes, or offer a substantially equivalent way to access the course. If a course must be permanently retired, we will ordinarily give at least 90 days’ advance notice by email and a reasonable opportunity to download resources expressly designated as downloadable. We will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law if access ends earlier than reasonably expected or the purchased content is not delivered as agreed. Access may be terminated following a full refund or a serious breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
We may undertake reasonable maintenance, fix errors, replace hosting services, improve resources or update lessons. We will not deliberately remove material core features during the promised access period without offering an appropriate remedy. Internet access and a compatible device/browser are required. Third-party availability can affect streaming performance.
6. Intellectual property and permitted downloads
All text, course structures, videos, recordings, worksheets, PDFs, images and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may view, stream, print or download materials expressly made available to you for your own personal, non-commercial study and reflection. You may not share login details, distribute or resell files, upload the course to file-sharing sites, publicly display or rebroadcast its content, copy large portions into another training product, or remove rights notices without written permission or another lawful basis.
Your licence does not authorise third parties to access the course through your account. We may investigate credible misuse and take proportionate action after reviewing the circumstances. Nothing here limits statutory fair-dealing, fair-use or other applicable exceptions.
7. Educational and spiritual disclaimer
Igbo Spiritual Manifestation is a spiritual and educational framework. It does not promise specific outcomes and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional care. Spiritual concepts and practices are presented for learning and personal reflection. You remain responsible for your interpretations, decisions and actions. Individual experiences and results vary, and testimonials or examples are not guarantees.
8. Student conduct
You agree not to interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or harass others through any course interaction features. We may take reasonable steps to protect the platform and other users, including restricting access for serious violations, subject to mandatory consumer rights and our obligation to act fairly.
9. Cancellation, refunds and access after refund
Our separate Refund Policy explains when refunds or cancellations are available. Because digital access and downloads can begin shortly after purchase, we do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund once digital supply begins. This does not take away statutory cancellation rights or legal remedies for faulty, inaccessible or materially misdescribed content.
Where local law permits a consumer’s early digital-content cancellation right to be lost, any necessary express consent, acknowledgement and order confirmation must be obtained separately during checkout. Merely agreeing to these Terms does not itself substitute for those legal steps. A completed full refund ordinarily ends course enrolment and the licence to use associated materials; previously downloaded copies cannot be technically recalled and must no longer be used where lawful to require this.
10. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. Transactional emails concerning purchases, account access and important course notices are necessary to supply the course. Marketing messages are treated separately and sent only when permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to terms or course
We may update these Terms prospectively, publishing an updated date. The terms and course description provided at the time of purchase continue to govern that transaction except where law requires otherwise or you expressly agree to a change. Material changes to an existing purchase will be communicated appropriately.
12. Liability and consumer rights
We aim to provide the course with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or any particular personal outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your right to an appropriate remedy under consumer protection laws. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent valid under those laws.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are generally governed by Nigerian law. This choice does not deprive consumers outside Nigeria of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Please contact us first with your order number and a description of the issue so we can attempt to resolve it promptly. You retain any right to refer a matter to a relevant consumer protection or data protection authority, or competent court.
